Job Details
Position: LPN / LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse)
Specialty/Unit: Barton East (40-bed unit)
Facility: Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: 1650 Champlin Avenue, Utica, NY 13502
Shift: 8-hour nights, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM/ 2 PM-10:30PM
  • Schedule: Every other weekend required
  • Duration: 13 weeks (Sept 2, 2025 – Nov 30, 2025)
  • Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Pay Rate: $40/hr
  • Overtime:
    • Daily OT: After 24 hours (based on multiplier)
    • Weekly OT: After 48 hours (based on multiplier)
  • On-call: Not required
  • Floating: Required to all units (within same building)
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years
  • License: Active NY LPN license
  • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • EMR System: PointClick Care
