Position Overview:

White Mountain Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our Cardiopulmonary team. This is a full-time position offering 12-hour shifts, with night shift availability preferred. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Arizona and hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory care treatments and life support to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.

• Assess patient respiratory status and recommend therapeutic interventions.

• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, nebulizers, and other equipment.

• Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to provide optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with regulatory and hospital policies.

• Respond promptly to emergency codes and provide advanced airway management as needed.

Required Licenses & Certifications:

• Respiratory Care Practitioner License – State of Arizona (Board of Respiratory Care Examiners)

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC

  • OR Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by NBRC

• BLS – Basic Life Support
