Shift: Evenings – 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 per week
Overtime:

• Daily OT after 24 hours (multiplier)

• Weekly OT after 48 hours (multiplier)
  On Call: No

Requirements:

• Active NY LPN license

• BLS certification

• Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience

• Must float to all units within the same building

• Every other weekend required

• Will accept travelers and locals (local rates apply within 75 miles)

Unit Information:

• 40-bed unit

• Patient populations: Medical-surgical, orthopedic, dementia, memory care

• EMR: PointClickCare
