Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and grooming

• Provide mobility support and transfers

• Observe, record, and report resident health status

• Support nursing staff in patient care and comfort

• Maintain a safe and positive living environment

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Michigan

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to resident needs
