Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Rockford, Illinois

Contract: 13 weeks | 
Shift: Days (12-hour shifts, 30-min meal break)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical  (RN MS) for a 13-week contract in Rockford, Illinois. Responsible for providing patient-centred care in a medical-surgical ward. This includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses

Responsibilities:

• Assess and continuously monitor patient health status—including physical, emotional, psychological and developmental needs. 

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, and update them as patient condition changes. 

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.

Requirements:
Active RN license (State of IL License).

BLS certification (current).

Minimum 2 year of recent Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical  experience.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
