Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room – Rockford, Illinois

Contract: 13 weeks 
Shift: Days/ Eve (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal break)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse - Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Rockford, Illinois. The Registered Nurse – Operating Room is responsible for delivering safe, skilled, and efficient nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient’s physical and emotional status before surgery.
• Verify patient identity, consent forms, and surgical site according to safety protocols.
• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment.

Requirements:
Active RN license (State of IL).
Must have strong skill set, robotics and neuro exp. required,
BLS certification (current).
Minimum 2 year of recent RN OR experience.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. 

Competitive hourly pay ($55 / $60/hr).
