We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / T-LPN) for an overnight contract assignment covering Tuesday–Thursday shifts. The LPN will provide compassionate patient care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support a safe and supportive care environment. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident working independently during extended overnight hours.
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or clinical leadership
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Perform routine nursing tasks including wound care and vital sign monitoring
Assist patients with ADLs and ensure safety throughout the shift
Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation
Promote infection control and follow safety protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Active LPN license (state or compact, as applicable)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work long overnight shifts
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
Reliable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities independently
