Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – New Hampshire

Pay: $1,800 – $1,900 weekly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple openings across New Hampshire. This role is ideal for nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while enjoying consistent weekly hours and flexible shift options.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, high-quality patient care under RN or provider supervision

• Administer medications and treatments accurately

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly

• Support ADLs, wound care, vitals, and routine clinical tasks

• Maintain clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact LPN license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong clinical skills and reliability

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred but not required
