We are seeking committed and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple openings across West Virginia. Deliver direct patient care under supervision of an RN or clinical leader
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
Assist with ADLs, vitals, wound care, and general nursing duties
Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Follow all state, facility, and regulatory standards
Active West Virginia LPN License (or compact if applicable)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
40 guaranteed hours per week
