We are hiring dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple assignments across Pennsylvania. Provide direct patient care under RN or provider supervision
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
Assist with ADLs, vitals, wound care, and routine nursing tasks
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Follow all facility policies, state regulations, and safety standards
Active Pennsylvania LPN License
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong assessment and communication skills
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
40 guaranteed hours per week
