Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in New Hampshire. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. This role operates on a three 12-hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following established clinical guidelines and facility policies

• Conduct patient assessments; develop and implement individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Document all patient care activities using the EMR system

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to support patient outcomes

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions

• Maintain infection-control and safety standards

• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Hampshire

• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience (facility may adjust)

• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred

• Strong clinical judgement, critical-thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and meet physical job demands
