Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse LTC . The LPN will provides compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role involves assisting residents with daily health needs, administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring and documenting changes in resident conditions, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (NY)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ years of experience in a LTC facility and documents travel experience
