• Shift: Night Shift (Shift 3)

• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday

• Meal Break: 30 minutes

• Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week

Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN will assist with patient care needs, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and support daily clinical operations in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Requirements

 

• Active LPN license in good standing

• Ability to work overnight shifts

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to fulfill the full contract assignment
