Active CNA license (State of New York).
BLS certification (current).
Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience.

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Help with mobility and transfers, including turning, repositioning, and ambulation using gait belts or lifts

Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation)

Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses promptly

Provide bedside care and ensure patient comfort and safety
Active CNA license (State of New York).
