Title - Physical Therapist 
Location: Sacramento, CA (95825)
Shift: 5x8 Day Shifts
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours per Week (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay - $55/hourly
Signon Bonus - $100
Completion Bonu - $150

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services, developing treatment plans, and helping patients improve mobility and manage pain.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
Treat an average of 14 patients per day
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

Active California Physical Therapist License (Required)
Experience in rehabilitation or outpatient therapy preferred
Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
