Location: Skowhegan, ME
Facility: Woodlawn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Shift: 12 Hour Variable Shifts
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36–48 Hours per Week (Flexible)
Pay: $35/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and capable of providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Assist with daily living activities and patient support
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Follow facility protocols and safety standards

Requirements:

Active Maine LPN License
Recent LPN experience in Skilled Nursing or similar setting
Must be flexible with shifts
Ability to work every other weekend
BLS Certification (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
